Design of a Home Fire Detection System Using Arduino and SMS Gateway

Fire is a problem that can happen at any time. Delay in coping with house fires induce loss of human life or material. If the fire not held severely, incidents like occur and create more significant losses, especially increasing number residents’ settlements formation huddled houses, which will be challenging to handle case fire. This research aims build prototype system quickly helps owners firefighters detect gas leaks. home detection utilized measure room temperature levels room, then output this sending information short messages alarms. The results revealed scale 1:25, 1:50, 1:75 uses sensor could run as desired. In 10 testing trials, works according designed plan, means interpret leakage send message ring alarm.
